Banko® gathers complete bankruptcy information from all Federal Bankruptcy Districts on a daily basis. This information is then imported into one, easy-to-use bankruptcy database, saving you time and bankruptcy court on-line fees.
The Banko® database has up-to-date information on all bankruptcy filings, discharges, dismissals and conversions nationwide. Each bankruptcy filed is tracked on a case-by-case basis in order to collect all filings, 341 dates, discharges, dismissals and conversions. Bankruptcy information is collected from all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Bankruptcy database records include the following information:
- Bankrupt debtor’s name, address and social security number
- Case number
- Court chapter
- Date filed, discharged, dismissed, or converted
- 341 date, time and location
- Trustee name, address and telephone number
- Attorney name, address and telephone number
- Judge’s initials
Banko® also offers a deceased database that allows you to search your portfolio for deceased individuals. The source of this deceased information is the Social Security Administration (SSA). The database contains all individuals reported to the SSA who have received social security benefits. Our records are updated quarterly, and contain the following information:
- Deceased’s name
- Deceased social security number
- Deceased’s last state of residence
- Deceased’s last zip of residence
- Deceased’s date of birth
- Deceased’s date of death
